Welcome users to the VTC account system built and developed by the VTC Technology and Digital Content Company (VTC Intecom). To register an account and use the service on the VTC account system, please read carefully the following service agreements:
1. General terms:
1.1. VTC account system definition:
VTC account system is an account management and billing system for online services of VTC, and also provides an online payment solution for partner's digital content services
1.2. Vcoin is a payment unit in the VTC account system with the current conversion rate of 1000 VND = 1 Vcoin. Recharge packages are packages containing a separate payment unit of Mobile game converted from Vcoin or purchased directly through the website system https://napthe.vtcgame.vn with a separate conversion rate for each game. The VTC account system is entitled to change the conversion rate of Vcoin and these recharge packages, we are responsible for announcing on the news on the website https://vtcgame.vn before the change takes effect.
1.3. The VTC account system acts as a 3rd party to help the payer and the payee make payments by the way both the payer and the payee have an account at https://vtcgame.vn. The VTC account system is completely independent between the payer and the payee.
1.4. OTP (one time password) is a one-time password that helps customers keep their account secure when making transactions. Customers can use OTP via SMS or OTP App.
1.5. ODP (one day password) is the password used during the day to help customers secure their accounts when making transactions.
Login security is an account security feature for customers using the SMS Plus service, whereby customers who register for the service when logging in must enter the verification OTP.
1.6. Freezing Vcoin is an account security feature for customers using SMS Plus service, whereby part or all of the Vcoin balance in the customer's account will be kept by the system. This frozen number of Vcoin will be absolutely safe and even the account holder cannot use it until the Vcoin ice is opened.
1.7. You understand and accept that the VTC account system is not fully functional as a bank (eg, there is no capital mobilization ...) except for online payment.
1.8. You understand and accept that you must not claim any interest or any other income from the money you deposit into your account on the website https://vtcgame.vn.
1.9. You are not allowed to buy and sell Vcoin for profit in any form and all Vcoin is not allowed to convert to VND. VTC Intecom Company can cancel the account violating these terms without any prior notice.
1.10. You are not allowed to provide websites, emails, or any other form of fraud to obtain account information or Vcoin of other accounts.
1.11. You are not allowed to transact Vcoin or Packages loaded from websites, emails, fraudulent accounts or other illegal sources, use the Refund feature of the app market for profit. In cases where customers use VTC accounts to receive prizes, the issuer has the right to withdraw the prize and cancel the result if it detects cheating in the process of receiving the reward or there is an error in the system leading to bonus payment. incorrect.
1.12. With successful recharge transactions on the system https://vtcgame.vn; https://napthe.vtcgame.vn; IAP (In-App-Purchase: payment via direct in-game purchases through app markets), we will refuse to refund in any way.
1.13. If we discover that you are violating any of the provisions of this usage agreement, immediately close your account without notice.
1.14. During the transaction process, if an error occurs, please contact at 19001530 or http://hotro.vtc.vn for assistance.
1.15. We commit that the operations of the VTC account system are in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
1.16. When you register to use the payment service at https://vtcgame.vn, you understand and accept the terms of this agreement.
1.17. You understand and accept that when a dispute occurs, the basis for settling a dispute between you and the VTC Account System is this agreement.
1.18. It is strictly forbidden to detect confidential information to misappropriate other people's accounts.
2. Provisions on account and account holder information
To use the services, the user needs to register an account and information about the account owner.
2.1. Regulate the account name:
- Account name includes English alphabet characters, numbers, underscores.
- When creating an account, fill in the information required when making registration.
- Account creation should comply with the following principles:
+ Not to name and create symbols related to the names and names of the leaders of the Party and State.
+ Do not name and create icons with reactionary content, anticorruption, pornography, violence, go against the fine customs, traditions and culture of Vietnam.
+ Do not put a name and create an icon with offensive content, encourage others in any form.
+ Do not name and create icons with content that disturbs or disparages the services provided by the Intecom company, the issuing company as well as of the members of the VTC Corporation.
+ Not to name and create symbols of the bad guy's name (terrorist boss, fascist ...)
+ Do not name the account that contains the words Vcoin, Pay, Audition, the face value of the Vcoin card, the name of the services provided by VTC Intecom and its partners.
2.2. Account holder information.
- When registering, you need to provide complete and accurate information required in the registration form. Starting from the time of upgrading the VTC account system (January 10, 2013), we will base on real ID card to support disputes related to accounts. Providing accurate information helps us protect the legitimate interests of the account holders. We only assist in resolving disputes without liability for any loss of customers.
- Account holder must maintain the account, password, email by himself and write down necessary information in case something goes wrong (eg hacked, etc.) We are not responsible for any losses you have caused by using the service.
- The account's email is the only email used in the system. Account holder is solely responsible for email security and uses email to register in the system.
2.3. Provisions on activation, locking and cancellation of accounts from the system:
2.3.1. Account status:
- Newly created account: is the account created after customers successfully register but have not activated. The account holder needs to activate the account by accessing the activation link sent to the email by the system as declared by the account holder.
Upon activation, the newly created Account will be moved to the Active Account status.
Active account: is an active account of the system, arising from login, payment, transaction ... on VTC account system, or other VTC systems such as Social Network GO, games provided by VTC Online, VTC Mobile, and other affiliates of the VTC Multimedia Corporation.
InActive account: is a state where the account after 03 months (90 days) does not have any actions related to the account on the VTC account system and the systems that use the VTC account from time to time. regulations. The arising operations include Login / Login, Change Account Information, Payment, and use your VTC account to access other online services.
- Account is not authenticated: the account status has filled in registration information but has not activated via email
- Account status is locked
+ Account is locked via SMS Plus: is the customer's account status actively composes SMS to lock the account
+ The account is locked from the Vcoin Loan service: is the customer's account status because the Vcoin loan has not been fully paid when the debt payment is overdue
+ The account is locked due to other reasons: the account status is locked by the Account System Administrator due to disputes, transaction errors ...
- Purification: is the periodic screening of inactive accounts, junk accounts on the VTC system.
2.3.2. Regulations on account filtering
- Periodic purging time: Filtering every 6 months, VTC's account system will perform Account filtering.
- Deletion from the system: For VTC accounts within 6 months, there is no transaction on the VTC account system (at least login to VTC services, games, ...) , the system will purge and delete those accounts.
3. Provisions about uploading content
3.1. Information posted on service systems may be provided by members of the service community, we do not independently verify the information and are not responsible for such information. Therefore, such information is not considered recommended or authenticated, we do not accept any responsibility for such information.
3.2. Links from the service system of the Intecom Company may lead you to the information sites of other partners, we will not be responsible for the accuracy of the information posted on these pages.
3.3. We reserve the right to add, modify or delete any information, regulations as well as change the layout, composition or functionality ... of the system without prior notice.
4. Provisions on intellectual property rights
4.1. All products and services provided by the Intecom Company have been licensed and protected by the State. Without the written consent of the Intecom Company, the user is not allowed to upload, send, publish, or distribute products or services in any form.
4.2. The Intecom Company is allowed to use free of charge ideas or information content provided by users. The user has no right to claim any financial accounts (bonuses, fees, royalties or other forms of payment ...) in connection with the use of this information.
5. Requirements for account owner
The account holder must comply with the provisions of this agreement as well as the following actions:
5.1. Account holder’s age:
- For games contain fighting using weapons; without erotic images, sounds: 18 years or older.
- For games contain action, fighting using weapons but the image of weapons cannot be seen clearly and close; moderating the sound of weapons collisions in battle; without activity, images, sounds, characters, revealing, obscene, close-ups that draw attention to sensitive parts of the human body: From 12 years old.
- For animated simulation games; without fighting activities containing weapons; without ghostly images, horror or violence; without images, activities, sounds, characters, revealing, obscene, close-ups that draw attention to sensitive parts of the human body: For all ages.

5.2. Personal information the account holder must provide includes:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Registered permanent address
- Identity card number or passport number, date of issue and place of issue
- Phone number, email address (if any)
In case the account holder is under 14 years old and does not have an ID card or passport, the legal guardian of the account holder decides to register his / her personal information to show his consent and take legal responsibility regarding that registration. (According to Section 1 Article 6 of Circular 24/2014 / TT-BTTTT)
VTC account system has the right to cancel the benefits of the account in case personal information is incomplete or inaccurate during the period of consideration of the account for which benefits are entitled.
5.3. Do not compromise security or attempt to violate the security of the server system of the VTC Intecom Company.
5.4. Do not use tools or take advantage of errors arising from the system to alter game results or commit fraud to sabotage or profit.
5.5. Do not impersonate as other members (system administrator, support specialist, etc. of the VTC Intecom Company).
5.6. Do not distribute and disseminate information that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, humiliating, obscene, pornographic, offensive, threatening, abusive, hateful, inciting ... or contrary to common ethical standards of society.
5.7. Do not send advertising information, chain letters or any form of communication for commercial purposes (except where the VTC Intecom Company allows in writing)
5.8. Do not send or transmit any information or software containing any viruses, trojans, bugs or other harmful components to the security of the service system.
5.9. Do not post or upload, publish, transmit, reproduce or distribute in any form the content protected by the copyright laws and the intellectual property law of the products and services provided by the Intecom company; or creating variations of such content without the prior written consent of the owner or copyright holder.
5.10. Do not send meaningless words on chat channels continuously to obstruct or harass other members.
5.11. Not to have threatening attitude or harassing acts, causing psychological inhibition, etc. towards other members.
5.12. Do not use curse words, signs, characters, obscenity, defamation, insults... to communicate with service system administrators, players and other organizations.
5.13. Do not collude, disrupt, obstruct, sabotage and fabricate information that is harmful to the community, publisher or partner associated with the publisher in any program, event or service. The publisher or the organizer will take remedial measures such as locking the account or depriving any of the rights of the infringing account holder.
5.14. Not allowed to buy and sell Vcoin for profit in any form and all Vcoin, is not allowed to convert to VND. The VTC Intecom Company can cancel the account violating this term without any prior notice.
6. The rights of VTC Intecom Company
6.1. If we find that the user violates the provisions set out in this Agreement, we reserve the right to prohibit or deny access of any account without prior notice. In serious cases, the Intecom Company will coordinate with the government to prosecute the responsibility for the violators.
6.2. We reserve the right to use account information to send account holders notices of products and services or promotions via email or postal mail. We may also use this information to conduct surveys (For example, notification of system service changes, notices of promotions or other humanitarian and social actions). We maintain a policy of "NO SPAM MAILS", do not share, sell or pass the email of account holders to third parties.
6.3. We reserve the right to change the terms, policies that we believe are no longer suitable in this agreement without prior notice, and the user agrees to abide by the changes in the new regulations.
6.4. For accounts violating the terms listed above, we reserve the right to close the account without prior notice, refuse to continue providing services to the account holder and cancel all benefits depending on the severity of the breach.
6.5. We will only provide the account holder's personal information and / or IP address when required by Vietnamese law enforcement and to do the really necessary things as follows:
- Coordinate with investigation agencies to find out illegal activities related to information dissemination and network security.
- Protect rights and properties related to the service system we provide.
Identification of people who intentionally violate information laws and cybersecurity.
6.6. In events organized by VTC, we reserve the right to cancel customer prizes if the customer's account information is not the customer itself, or detect illegal trading between accounts.
6.7. The VTC Intecom Company can cancel the account for the account holders who violate the purchase and sale of Vcoin in any form without any prior notice.
7. Vcoin transfer fee regulations
- Minimum transaction value is 10 Vcoin.
- Transaction fee: 2% / transaction (rounded up) and charged to the transferor.
8. Complain
8.1. Due to the limited storage space of the system, customers' transaction information will only be stored and displayed on the VTC account system within 30 days from the date of transaction. This is also the time VTC supports to resolve complaints. Upon expiration of this time limit, the VTC account holder will lose the right to complain about that transaction.
8.2. When reporting other accounts, you should clearly state the name of the accused account, claims and violations of that account. To be protected, please provide all three information about your account (including: ID card, security question and answer, email address when registering your account) and necessary contact address.
8.3. During the reporting and complaint process, you can ask the receptionist to lock your account to protect your assets, preserve the remaining Vcoin in the account.
8.4. In case of allegations, claims about hacking Vcoin are not true, your account will be locked for a period of 2 weeks.
8.5. In the event of a dispute that requires confrontation, we are responsible for informing you of a specific time. You or your authorized person must be present at: Complaints settlement office, Customer Service Center, VTC Intecom Company, 13th floor - 23 Lac Trung streets - Hai Ba Trung district – Hanoi city at the time of notice.
9. Transaction history
9.1 The VTC account system allows the account holder to look up the transaction history of the last 30 days from the time of searching and before.
9.2. In case the account holder wants to look up transaction history for a period of more than 30 days, please contact 19001530 for support.
10. Terms enforcement
This Terms of Use is binding on us from the time it is posted on the website https://vtcgame.vn and bound to customers since registering to use the service provided by https://vtcgame.vn. When any additional amendments are posted, you and we both must comply with the additional amendments made by us.
